Olufunso is currently an Associate Professional Officer with CIFOR’s Forest and Governance Programme working on institutional and governance systems of climate change adaptation and mitigation in the Central Africa. His research seeks to balance theoretical perspectives with social realities and policy practices, particularly within the domains of development and climate policies. Olufunso is currently finalizing his PhD degree with Wageningen University. He holds MSc Forest and Nature Conservation Policy, Wageningen University, specializing in international environmental policies. He also holds MSc Agriculture and Forestry, University of Eastern Finland (formerly Univ. of Joensuu) specializing in international forest policy. Olufunso has written a number of publications on forest and climate change.
