Charlotte Milbank is a Ph.D. candidate in epidemiology and geography at the University of Cambridge. Working with tribal groups in India, her research concerns “wild foods”, including bushmeat, insects, wild fruits and vegetables, and their potential to contribute safely and sustainably to food and nutrition security.
