Emilia is a consultant with CIFOR working on climate change adaptation. Her research interests and activities are centered around the role of ecosystem services in reducing people's vulnerability to climate change. She holds an M.Sc.degree in Sustainable Resource Management and also has a solid background in applied communications. Emilia is generally a social sciences person that firmly believes in impact-driven research and behavioral change. When she is not thinking about ecosystem services and vulnerable people she enjoys good fiction, writing, traveling and design exhibitions.
