Hugh Biggar has worked as a reporter for print and online publications. His work has appeared in the Washington Post, VICE, Ozy, Stanford Magazine, and on National Public Radio's KQED. He has also worked as a consultant for international agencies including the U.N. Development Program and the U.S. Peace Corps, and as an advisor for the Roshan Learning Center for refugees in Jakarta, Indonesia. He earned an M.A. in public affairs journalism from Stanford University with additional coursework at Stanford's school for International Policy Studies.
